Consent statement
Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I consent to ООО «ХАЛЛ ГРУПП», INN 1660274271, address: 420087, Республика Татарстан, г. Казань, ул. Скрябина, д. 8Д, оф. 3.11Б, processing the personal data I provide to review my enquiry or proposal, clarify technical and commercial requirements, prepare a response and contact me about this enquiry. Data: contact name, organisation and job title if provided, business email and telephone, country, information in my message and selected items, delivery location and date if provided, and names and content of relevant attachments. Operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access by authorised staff and technical specialists in Russia for website and email operation, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and manual means. Data is processed while the enquiry is being reviewed; 365 days after the last substantive contact, or after submission if there is no further contact, is the operational maximum, not a minimum retention period. If the purpose is achieved earlier, consent is withdrawn or a justified termination request is received, processing ends and data is deleted within statutory periods unless another lawful basis applies. Closing an enquiry does not start a new retention period. Application operational backups are kept for no longer than 30 days; deletion decisions are reapplied after recovery. I may withdraw consent at client@hallgroup.ru. Consent does not cover advertising, publication or cross-border transfer. Recording consent
The checkbox is initially unchecked. The server records the text, version, language and confirmation time with the enquiry identifier. Consent is separate from the policy, commercial terms and other documents.
Scope
Do not consent on another person’s behalf without authority or attach excessive or sensitive data. Overseas disclosure, advertising and public publication are outside this consent.
Withdrawal
Email client@hallgroup.ru with the enquiry number or information allowing us to locate it, stating that you withdraw consent. The operator reviews the request and ends consent-based processing under the applicable legal procedures and periods unless another lawful basis applies.
