What to send for a useful offer

  • 01A specification, datasheet, drawing, configuration, or model and part number with a nameplate photograph.

Common questions

Can I enquire without a complete technical specification?

Yes. Send what you have: a model, nameplate photograph, drawing, description of the task or list of IMPA codes. We will identify the missing information; accurate selection and a precise offer depend on clarifying it.

Can I request original equipment only?

State this in your enquiry. Original products and alternatives are identified separately. If the required model is unavailable or its origin cannot be verified to the required extent, we will tell you before an order is placed.

Are deferred payment and bank instruments available?

We are prepared to consider them for a particular order. Terms depend on the amount, period, parties, security and banks' capabilities. An enquiry does not constitute financing approval or a guarantee that a payment can be processed.
