Common questions

Do you accept offers from trading companies?

Yes. Identify your role, product origin, verification options and the basis for representing any stated brands. Information and documentation requirements depend on the product and customer.

Can we propose a substitute or our own configuration?

Yes, with a comparison of differences and technical data. A substitute is assessed separately from the requested model; production to a revised specification begins after that specification has been approved for the order.

Does an enquiry mean partnership approval or a guaranteed order?

No. The company, offer and fulfilment conditions are reviewed first. Volume, payment, acceptance and each party's obligations are established in a particular contract; there is no automatic inclusion in purchasing.
