Power equipment

ХАЛЛ ГРУПП has operated since 2016. We assemble primary and backup power packages, from transformers and switchgear to cables, switching devices and UPS systems. We match equipment to the existing network and agree the scope and documentation. Design, installation and commissioning are defined as separate contractual scopes.

Power equipment

Power packages organised around the site task

Start with a single-line diagram, an equipment passport or a load description. Each task below links to relevant evidence with its actual status: supply, completed works or a historical group project.

Substations and transformers

We package new power nodes and transformer replacements. HV/LV equipment, incoming connections and protection are coordinated; supply is distinguished from installation and commissioning.

Inputs and acceptance

  • Ratings, voltages, transformer quantity and winding connection.
  • Substation execution, climate, cable entries, dimensions and delivery conditions.
  • Package boundaries, documentation and acceptance scope.
  • For acceptance, agree the principal equipment passports or data sheets, assembly scope, identification and delivery schedule.

Assembly and supply of ten pole-mounted substations →

The ten-substation order was completed within the stated assembly and supply scope.

Switchgear and distribution boards

MV switchgear, LV distribution and incoming boards, breakers and secondary circuits. Upgrade selections must fit existing panels and protection logic.

Inputs and acceptance

  • Rated current, voltage, network data and short-circuit withstand requirements.
  • Diagram, incoming circuits, interlocks, controls and protection.
  • Dimensions, connections and supply scope.
  • Define the acceptance package: single-line and secondary-circuit diagrams, protection data and records of the agreed factory checks.

Repair and replacement equipment

We identify a specific assembly from its installed model, drawing and connections. Direct manufacturer sourcing is combined with a check of installation compatibility.

Inputs and acceptance

  • Manufacturer, type, nameplate, drawing and photographs of the installed assembly.
  • Electrical parameters, connections and replacement constraints.
  • Accessories, documentation, checks and site-work scope.
  • At acceptance, check the replacement designation, connections and agreed documents. Record installation and commissioning results when those services are included in the order.

Direct UESA block supply and substation restoration →

The substation was restored with category II power supply reliability. Imported equipment procurement and site work formed a coordinated scope.

Cables and cable connections

Cables, terminations, adapters and accessories are selected for their voltage, construction and installation conditions. Supply and site-work experience helps agree package contents, connections and a separate scope of cable-line testing.

Inputs and acceptance

  • Cable type, voltage, conductor count and cross-section, length and termination.
  • Equipment connection, screens, sheath and environment.
  • Drums, transport constraints and required documentation.
  • At acceptance, check drum identification, cable designation and lengths, termination-kit contents and the agreed manufacturer documents.

Generator sets and backup power

We agree the generating set, enclosure, controls, fuel system and load distribution. Multiple-set arrangements require separate checks of synchronisation and factory integration.

Inputs and acceptance

  • Loads, starting currents, operating duty and power requirements.
  • Enclosure, ventilation, heating, exhaust, fuel tank and controls.
  • Tests, documents and service for the specific execution.
  • For acceptance, agree data sheets and manuals, the generator, control and enclosure scope, and the conditions and records of tests specified in the order.

UPS and battery systems

We select UPS units, batteries and replacement sets. The documented example below concerns maintenance and battery replacement in an existing UPS.

Inputs and acceptance

  • Load, autonomy, phases, voltage and bypass.
  • UPS model, battery type and quantity, string arrangement and space.
  • Monitoring, connection and agreed service scope.
  • For acceptance, identify the UPS model, battery type and count, string arrangement, agreed checks and the result of any ordered service work.

How we work

Supply scope, documents and responsibilities are agreed before an order is placed.

  1. Clarify site parameters and the required equipment package.
  2. Agree the technical solution, supply scope and boundaries of related work.
  3. Coordinate delivery and contractual support through the agreed acceptance stage.
